1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:
- Products installed or used after delivery (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries once connected).
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale.”
2. Return Process
- Contact us at sales@gosolarwithjef.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Return the item in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We can replace defective or damaged items with the same or equivalent product at no extra cost.
5. Installation & Service Fees
Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
